• GPA
• Minimum S1 graduate of 3:00
• Graduates of the S2 minimum 3:00 
• The maximum age at the time of initial selection 26.00 years for graduates of S1 
• 28.00 years for graduates S2 
• Have the English skills oral and written 
• Minimal computer literate Microsoft Office programs 
• Not married and willing to not get married during the years of schooling 
• Willing to undergo bond 
• Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia 
• The selection process will be held in Bandar Lampung

• Not Married Willing to be placed in all areas of East Java 
• Do not have a nuclear family (father, mother, sister, brother) worked as an employee of Bank Mandiri 
• Never follow the selection process fronliner Bank Mandiri in the last 1 year

Requirements 

• Graduates of the Bachelor (S1) / Strata 2 (S2) of the University elected (UI, ITB, UGM, Airlangga University, Diponegoro, IPB, BINUS, UPH, ITS, STT Telkom) with majors: Information Management, Information & Technology, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, (Incl. of Electrical Communication) and Mathematics (Mathematics and Statistics) 
• S1minimum graduate GPA: 3.00 S2 minimum graduate GPA: 3.20 
• Maximum age at the time of initial selection of 26 year for graduates of S1, S2 28 years for graduates 
• Have the English skills oral and written 
• Not married and not willing to marry for education 
• Willing to undergo bond
